By using NYStocks you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

NYStocks provides market information, screening tools, and educational content. It does not provide investment advice, execute trades, or hold assets. See our Financial Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You may close your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the service at scale.
• Redistribute or resell market data obtained through the service, which would breach our own data licences.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with the service’s operation or overload it deliberately.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Market data

Market data is supplied by third parties, may be delayed, and is provided “as is”. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we are not liable for any decision made in reliance on it.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, and code are owned by NYStocks or its licensors, except where an open-source licence applies. Market data remains the property of its originating exchange or vendor.

7. Third-party links

We link to third-party sites, some of which are affiliate links that are disclosed as such. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYStocks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
